湖南重大复杂法律问题研究中心凭借湖南大学及其他法律研究机构专业优势和人才资源优势，依托全国优秀律师事务所湖南金州律师事务所为平台，并联合其他高等院校、法学研究机构，致力于重大复杂法律问题的研究和服务。
本机构是一个开放型的研究中心。目前主要对公司投融资、税务、知识产权、房地产、环境保护、涉外事务、金融、保险及其他民事、刑事方面的实用法律问题和企业发展战略问题进行研究。除目前的重大复杂法律问题邀请法学专家、学者及法律实战专家集体“诊断”外，中心还对新的法律领域、发生的新的法律问题进行系统研究、论证。
对于疑难案件的专家论证，本中心根据客户提出的要求，本着公平、公正的原则，根据事实与法律对案件作出科学论断，为客户提供客观充分、权威的论证意见与建议，按具体情况提出相应的解决方案。
本机构目前已成为众多客户的专家智囊团,研究成果成为决策层必不可少的决策参考依据之一。
Hunan Complicated Legal Issue Research Center
Depending on Hunan University and other legal research institutions’ human resource and specialty advantage, Hunan Complicated Legal Issue Research Center treats the outstanding law office, Hunan Jinzhou law office, as their platform. With the cooperation of other universities and legal science research institutions, our institution concentrates on the study and service of complex legal issues.
Our institution is an open-type research center that focus on pragmatic legal affairs and enterprises development strategy affairs, which relate to investment、tax、intellectual property rights、real estate、environmental protection、foreign affairs、financing、insurance、civil and criminal issues. Besides the collective “diagnosis” from law experts、scholars and practical legal experts, our center also carries on systematic research in new legal domain and new-coming legal affairs.
Please bearing in mind our principle “justice and equity”, we devote to supplying objective and authoritative advice and opinions to our customers according to their requests. What’s more, we spare no efforts to make the scientific judgment concerning legal cases and offer proper solution plan on the basis of the facts and law.
