湖南金州律师事务所成立于1988年，现有注册律师49名（律师、律师助理、行政人员共73人），固定资产达到520多万元，系国内颇具影响和信誉的律师事务所之一。因在业务开展、律师素质、规模实力、社会效益和经济效益等方面表现突出，金州所先后被司法部、中华全国律师协会评为“部级文明律师事务所”、“全国优秀律师事务所”等荣誉称号，是中国最早具有证券及国有资产界定从业资格的律师事务所之一。
金州律师事务所拥有一批具有国内外一流法学院学习背景的律师，其中资深合伙人律师十二名，硕士以上学位的律师、律师助理十二名，具有海外留学背景的律师顾问四人，具有副教授职称的律师顾问六人；在长沙市人民政府特聘的四名法律顾问中有两名是我所的专职律师，且我所的部分律师能使用英语、日语、德语工作。
金州所现拥有位于长沙市核心地段的新时空大厦20楼1000余平米的高档写字楼作为办公场所，拥有办公用车10余辆,建立了专业网站、内部信息系统和电子书库，拥有法律图书10000余册，在硬件设施和配置上居于全省律所前列。

Introduction of Hunan Jinzhou Law Firm
Hunan Jinzhou Law Office, founded in 1988 has 49 registered lawyers (including 73 lawyers, assistant lawyers and administrative staff) and 5.2 million RMB fixed assets. Because of its prominent achievement in business-development, high-quality lawyer, specialized service scope, social benefits and economic returns, Jinzhou is granted with “Ministerial Civilized Law Firm”and “National Excellent Law Firm” titles by Justice Ministry and National Lawyers Association. Jinzhou is one of the earliest law firms that are qualified to manage securities and state assets differentiation business.
Many lawyers with good educational background in the top domestic and overseas law schools are now working in this influential Law Firm. It includes twelve senior partner lawyers, twelve assistant lawyers with Master Degree, four legal counselors with overseas study background and six legal advisers with the title of vice professor. Among the four who are appointed as advisor by Changsha municipal government, two of them are full-time lawyers from Jinzhoun Law Frim. Worth to mention, part of our lawyers can work in different languages, such as English, Japanese and Germany, etc.
